Common Questions
1What if I forget to tell you my pickup day?
We can usually figure it out based on your address. Walton County, Okaloosa County, and Bay County all have specific schedules by neighborhood and we track most of them. Just give us your address and we'll sort it out.
2What happens on holiday weeks when pickup is delayed?
We track holiday schedule changes and adjust accordingly. If your county shifts pickup by a day, we shift too.
3Do you service my neighborhood?
We cover Miramar Beach, 30A, Santa Rosa Beach, Sandestin, and Panama City. If you're not sure, call or text us at (850) 468-3371 and we'll tell you straight.
4Is there a contract?
No long-term contract required. We offer quarterly service plans and you can cancel with reasonable notice.
